The House of Mani is a family house. Its leadership has passed from the founder's polishing wheel to his sons' factories to a third generation building the modern brands of the house — without ever letting go of the first principle: trust.

He left Dhari at fourteen and arrived in Surat with nothing but determination. After four years of rigorous training he founded Mani Export in 1971 with a few polishing wheels — and built it into a house whose diamonds travel from Antwerp to New York. Six decades on, he still sees the same passion in his grandchildren that he had when he started.
